About Los Alcázares

Los Alcázares has a wonderful coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches which give direct access to the warm and safe waters of the Mar Menor. Parallel to these beaches and running the entire length of the town is the extremely long promenade which is great for walking and, in the quieter winter months, cycling.

The town is a charming and very healthy destination, too. The waters of the Mar Menor are famous for their therapeutic qualities. It is a unique place to enjoy the sun and holiday atmosphere all year round, with lots to offer every member of the family.

Along the Square you will find many bars, pubs and international restaurants with the best gastronomy. If you like sports, there are activities such as sailing, windsurfing and kayaking at the Marine Resort, available all year thanks to the warm temperatures in the region. With an average of more than 300 days of sun a year, another good option is a game of golf on the local golf course.
